凡與溶解接觸的内轉籠、外轉籠、風道、過濾器、各種捕集器、蒸餾箱、油水分(fēn)離器、溶劑管道等部位均采用(yòng)優質(zhì)不鏽鋼精(jīng)加工(gōng)而成；溶劑箱采用(yòng)熱浸鋅高級防腐工(gōng)藝，平均設計使用(yòng)壽命15年。7代封閉式幹洗機，衣物(wù)在降溫去味處理(lǐ)後滾筒體(tǐ)内氣态四氯乙烯濃度最低也在1500PPM，而安(ān)裝(zhuāng)有(yǒu)體(tǐ)外活性碳二次回收裝(zhuāng)置的9代機，是在正常烘幹程序結束後，使用(yòng)活性碳對滾筒内的空氣進行再處理(lǐ)，通過碳吸附系統的吸附，可(kě)将簡體(tǐ)内氣态四氯乙烯濃度降至300PPM以下，此時開門取衣，可(kě)将四氯乙烯外洩減到最少. P9新(xīn)型環保生态過濾器加高精(jīng)度碳芯過濾器無須添加幹洗濾粉、碳粉，衛生、環保。P9蒸餾加熱采用(yòng)外接蒸汽，操作(zuò)簡單、安(ān)全、可(kě)靠。蒸餾時所産(chǎn)生的熱量可(kě)全部進入烘幹風道二次利用(yòng)。并配有(yǒu)液位自動控制裝(zhuāng)置，安(ān)全可(kě)靠，輕松駕馭。P9裝(zhuāng)載門、紐扣捕集器、絨毛收集器、蒸餾箱排污門等需要開啓的四個部位，全部設有(yǒu)氣動安(ān)全門鎖裝(zhuāng)置。P9配有(yǒu)氟利昂雙制冷裝(zhuāng)置，可(kě)滿足皮革及各種面料的洗滌要求，溶劑溫度可(kě)随意調節，避免因洗滌溶劑溫度過高帶來的皮革脫脂、發硬等現象。制冷回收系統全部采用(yòng)世界知名(míng)産(chǎn)品或國(guó)内名(míng)品。主軸及過濾器等易腐蝕、磨損部位的軸承，均采用(yòng)日本原裝(zhuāng)進口的NTN軸承，免維護軸封。 P9設有(yǒu)皂液、枧油自動添加裝(zhuāng)置，科(kē)學(xué)準确定量地添加各種助劑，方便快捷。P9大型防滲漏底盤，有(yǒu)效杜絕了溶劑洩漏時對洗衣房和地下水的污染，并可(kě)對溶劑進行有(yǒu)效的回收，環保經濟，安(ān)全可(kě)靠。

（1）Advanced stainless steel structure. All the parts touching with solvent such as inner cylinder, external cylinder, air channel, filter, all the collectors, oil-water seperator, solvent case, distillation tank etc. are made of advanced stainless steel. Hot Dip Galvanizing is adopted。

(2) the least concentration of gas C2Cl4 in the roller is 1500PPM after the temperature is decreased and the bad smell is released for the 7 generation dry cleaning machine. However for the 9 generation, it has the active carbon reclaiming device outside. It may treat the air in the roller again after normal drying program.

(6) Freon dual-refrigeration device meets the washing demand of leather and various clothing. The washing temperature may be adjusted randomly.

(7) Refrigeration reclaiming system is international or domestic famous brand.

(8) the bearings of easily wearing position for the main axis and filter are original imported from Japan, NTN bearings, maintenance free sealing. The bearing seal is Italy CCVI or American DuPont brands.
